Southern New Hampshire University encourages employees to attempt to resolve their concerns at the departmental level. Many concerns often arise due to minor misunderstandings that could be resolved quickly and effectively by engaging in a clarifying conversation. We understand, however, that at times it may be necessary to involve a Human Resources Business Partner to help facilitate a review of a concern. The Office of Human Resources aims to provide assistance in these cases.
